Why Choose Gas?

Gas stoves have earned a reputation for their instant heat control and even heat distribution, making them a favourite among home cooks and professional chefs alike. Here’s why you should consider making the switch:

  • Precise Temperature Control: Adjust the flame and see the change in your pan instantly. No more waiting for electric coils to heat up or cool down. This level of control is important  for delicate sauces, stir-fries, and perfectly seared meats.
  • Even Heat Distribution: Gas burners provide a consistent heat source across your cookware, this makes sure your food cooks evenly every time.
  • Energy Efficiency: Gas stoves are generally more energy-efficient than electric stoves, saving you money on your energy bills in the long run.
  • Cost-Effective Cooking: While the initial cost of a gas stove might be higher, using LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) is often cheaper than electricity in South Africa, making it a more economical choice over time.
